Returns and refunds

INTRODUCTION

It is possible to return the product within 14 days of purchase.

If the return occurs in the case of a damaged or incorrect product or for any other reason that involves an error by the Company, the customer will receive a refund for the accessories purchased and the return shipping costs will be paid by the Company.

If the customer wants to make a return for any other reason, he/she can choose other items of equal or higher value than the expense made. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To return one or more products purchased on www.atlantidegioielli.it, you must send a detailed email to info@atlantidegioielli.it indicating the order number, the item(s) in question and the reason for the return, possibly accompanied by a photo.

Customer service will send a confirmation email within 72 working hours and the instructions to follow to return the goods.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

The refund will be made as soon as the package is delivered and viewed at Atlantide Gioielli.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
